Query Payment by reference

The Query Payment by reference API allows merchants to retrieve the processing status of a payment transaction using the reference number that passed by the merchant while they initiated a payment transaction. This query is applicable for all payment methods.

  1. Initiating a Query Request:
    • Merchants invoke the API with the reference
    • reference: The reference number that passed by the merchant while they initiated a payment transaction.
